Episode #20 – Transform Your Own Consciousness

In this episode Vernice and I explore ways to transform your own consciousness. We look into the energy that is around openness and how we can overcome our own defensiveness. We talk about pink clowns, Harry Potter and the sky and clouds and how this all relates to our self-awareness and its transformation.

Episode #19 – Invisible and Being Seen

Vernice and I discuss the cost of staying invisible, not allowing ourselves to be seen and what this actually means. We also talk about ways of seeing others, what this means to them, how this possibly feels and what the impact on us and others of being seen and taking a risk of being seen could be.

Episode #18 – Minimalism

In this episode we are going to explore the meaning of a minimalist life, possible reasons why we choose or don’t choose such a path and how far we might walk it.

Vernice and Adi take you on a journey of how this kind of conversation might look like. We might connect with someone through the portals of their eyes. Shared vulnerability is involved and intimacy can easily turn into intimidation.

In this episode Vernice and Adi talk about authenticity, explore their own understanding and experience of it, why it is important to them and in what ways authenticity is connected to values and purpose.
